I want to congratulate you all and say THANK YOU for your extraordinary efforts and participation in this sale/judgement/legal process….whatever the correct name for it is. Perhaps juggling act suits it best. Regardless, it was an amazing dash to the finish line and a heck of a story for friends, family and acquaintances for the rest of my life for sure.

I recognize this scenario could have gone several different ways but again, a most sincere thank you for your initiative, persistence, and professionalism from a very happy client. I will also be circling back with Chip to thank him separately for his efforts as well.

I have a special gift for each of you which I do not want to send through the mail but rather drop off to you at your office locations. I may try to do this today, but it may be more likely tomorrow morning.
